Oil Bottle with Precision Needle Tip

GENERAL PRODUCT SAFETY REGULATION (GPSR) INFORMATION

Intended Use:
Oil bottle with precision needle tip intended for controlled application of lubricating oil during routine spinning-wheel maintenance.

This product contains lubricating oil and is intended only for maintenance of compatible spinning-wheel components.

The exact lubrication points and amount of oil required vary by spinning-wheel model. Follow the spinning-wheel manufacturer's maintenance instructions where available.


CAUTION — CONTAINS LUBRICATING OIL

• Do not ingest

• Avoid contact with eyes

• Avoid prolonged or unnecessary skin contact

• Keep away from children and pets

• Do not use the oil for food, cosmetic, medical, or other unintended purposes

• Use only for appropriate equipment lubrication

• Follow any oil-specific warnings supplied with the product

If the oil manufacturer's safety information or labeling provides additional precautions, those instructions take priority.


PRECISION NEEDLE TIP

The bottle is fitted with a narrow precision applicator tip for controlled oil placement.

• Handle the applicator carefully

• Do not point the tip toward the face or eyes

• Do not press the tip into skin

• Keep the cap installed when the bottle is not in use

• Do not use the bottle if the applicator tip is bent, damaged, loose, or leaking

The precision tip is an applicator and should not be treated as a medical needle or used for any purpose other than equipment lubrication.


BEFORE EACH USE

Inspect the bottle before use.

Do not use the product if:

• The bottle is cracked, punctured, or damaged

• The cap does not close securely

• The precision tip is loose, bent, obstructed, or damaged

• Oil is leaking from the bottle, cap, or applicator connection

• The contents appear contaminated

• Any damage prevents controlled dispensing


SAFE APPLICATION

Stop the spinning wheel completely before applying oil.

Apply oil only to the lubrication points specified for the spinning wheel or component.

When applying oil:

• Use a controlled amount

• Keep fingers clear of the applicator tip

• Avoid spilling oil onto floors or work surfaces

• Keep oil away from drive bands and other components where lubrication is not intended

• Wipe away excess oil promptly

Do not lubricate moving components while the wheel is operating.


AVOID OVER-LUBRICATION

More oil is not necessarily better.

Excess oil may:

• Attract fiber, dust, and debris

• Migrate onto unintended components

• Reduce traction if it reaches drive surfaces

• Soil yarn, fiber, wood, flooring, or surrounding surfaces

Follow the spinning-wheel manufacturer's recommended quantity and lubrication schedule where available.


SPILLS

Clean spills promptly.

Oil on floors or work surfaces may create a slipping hazard.

If oil reaches an unintended spinning-wheel component:

• Stop using the wheel

• Remove excess oil using a method appropriate for that component

• Confirm normal operation before resuming use


CONTACT WITH EYES OR SKIN

If oil contacts the eyes, rinse carefully with clean water.

If irritation occurs or persists, seek appropriate medical advice.

Wash oil from skin with soap and water when practical.

For any oil-specific first-aid instructions, follow the safety information supplied for the actual lubricant contained in the bottle.


INGESTION

This product is not intended for consumption.

If oil is swallowed, follow the first-aid instructions applicable to the actual lubricant and seek appropriate medical guidance as necessary.

Do not induce vomiting unless specifically directed by qualified medical personnel or the applicable product safety information.


CARE & STORAGE

• Keep the bottle tightly capped when not in use

• Store upright where practical

• Keep in a cool, dry location

• Protect from excessive heat

• Keep away from children and pets

• Protect the precision tip from bending or impact

• Do not store where the bottle may be crushed or punctured

• Keep away from food and beverages

• Do not transfer the oil into an unlabeled container


DISPOSAL

Dispose of unused oil, contaminated absorbent material, and the container in accordance with applicable local requirements.

Do not intentionally pour unused oil into drains, waterways, or onto the ground.

Oil formulations can have different handling, storage, first-aid, and disposal requirements.

Any product-specific warnings, Safety Data Sheet information, or manufacturer instructions applicable to the actual oil supplied with this bottle take priority over the general handling guidance above.
